Allah has been referred to as either Allah itself or 'He' as Man in superior (a decree of responsibility over women) and a guardian for their woman. Referring to Allah as 'she' or 'it' is disrespectful therefore kufr. Arabic, like many other languages, does not have a gender neutral pronoun!
